Nutrition for the First Year
A Feeding Guide

It is important to know what and how to feed your baby at a certain age. What to feed your baby, and how to get them to eat are questions that many parents ask. This website will guide you on feeding your child during different stages of their first year.

As you read through this website, do not worry if your baby eats more or less than the suggested serving sizes listed. Each baby grows at a different rate, so it is normal if they don't follow the guidelines perfectly.

Remember that your baby knows when they are full. When your baby refuses their bottle or the rest of the food on their plate, do not force them to continue to feed. When your baby does not want to eat anymore, it means that they have had all that they need.
